  • Preventive and corrective maintenance;

  • Audit and implementation of cross-functional processes between Property Management and the LABP commercial team / LABP Projects team;
  • Support the implementation of IWMS – define the implementation strategy for the next steps;
  • Resource management in relation to current and future projects (e.g., Altitude, …).

  • Ensuring the proper functioning of the site’s production tool through methodical monitoring of the machine park by implementing a continuous improvement process for the reliability and preventive maintenance plan: designing and improving maintenance procedures, proposing technical improvements, …
  • Assist the maintenance team to ensure the targeted execution and follow-up of maintenance and troubleshooting work by technicians and contractors.
