  • Evaluate the current processes of the service desk and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures for managing incidents and requests, including incident qualification.
  • Develop operating methods and documentation for key processes.
  • Train IT teams on new procedures and ensure their adoption.
  • Define and ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
